Since 2013 The Cocktail Bar keeps changing the cocktail culture of Sofia. If you are a connoisseur of the quality beverages and you love to experiment with new shades of flavours, then you are on the right place. Our bartenders will bring you to a different world of sensations and fragrances, that will make you try again and again.

The upcoming summer heats cannot scare us anymore. Our new 16 proposals will help you deal with them in the most pleasant way. Armed behind the bar with products like honey, pink pepper, iced sorbets, ginger, elderflower, cherry tomatoes, rhubarb, curcuma, saffron, beetroot, pineapple, cranberries, strawberries and raspberries. For yet another summer we have payed a lot of attention to gin ... and tonic. Combinations with kaffir lime, cucumber, roses, lemongrass and wild berries. We arranged all this (and not only) in our “Flavor map”, which will help you navigate through the menu and find the flavor that suits your mood.
